Financing & Insurance

Dental insurance is different from medical insurance. Your dental and orthodontic benefits are based on the agreement your employer negotiated with your insurance carrier. Please review the insurance benefit booklet provided by your employer to better understand the benefits they make available as part of your insurance coverage. You should bring your insurance card to your first appointment or consultation so that we can assist you in determining whether or not your insurance plan will help to cover the costs of your treatment.

Our insurance specialists will apply for and submit insurance forms to eliminate the stress of insurance claims.

The patient payment portion covered for orthodontic treatment varies depending on the coverage provided by your employer as well as the specifics of your orthodontic treatment needs. At RTO we are committed to helping you achieve the smile your child or you deserve! We offer flexible, interest-free, payment plans including an adjustable downpayment.

Your First Visit

Upon arriving, you will be welcomed by our scheduling staff at the front desk. After filling out any necessary patient forms you will receive a tour of the office by our treatment coordinator.

Once in the examination area, we’ll take digital photographs and a digital X-ray so your doctor can evaluate your unique case. We’ll explain treatment options, and all of your questions will be answered. This visit, including radiographs and photos, is complimentary.

If you and your doctor believe orthodontic treatment is right for you, you can even get started that same day!
